Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. All prints will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly. Thank you. :)

Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?

Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All prices are in USD but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes, even though all prices are listed in USD, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

When will my prints arrive?

Prints usually take a maximum of 2 weeks (usually faster) from the time of purchase in order to be prepared for shipment, as I am hand printing and packaging each print with love and care. Prints are then shipped with First Class Mail, which according to USPS.com can take approximately 1-3 business days for USA orders. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. Thank you in advance for your patience. :)

Art gift boxes have a slightly different shipping schedule: The art boxes for each month are all shipped out on the 1st of the following month (example: If you order a box for January, your box will be shipped out on February 1st). This is because I am custom printing and hand-packaging these to get them to you in the best shape. :)

How are the prints packaged?

All orders containing 13x19in prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube.
USA 8.5x11in prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube. (Orders that contain several prints will be shipped flat)
International 8.5x11in prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and shipped flat inside a waterproof envelope enforced by two sheets of rigid chipboard to ensure the envelope doesn't bend.
Stickers and miniprints will be shipped in a small rigid envelope.

What paper/ink do you use?

The prints are printed on luxurious thick bright white fine art paper (either glossy or matte - depending on what is best fit for the individual artwork). The prints are made with 10 archival quality pigment based inks (to put this in perspective, your standard at home color inkjet printer usually has only 3 colors). These inks are guaranteed a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the original artwork, and are designed to last over 200 years without fading. Lastly, I produce each print at 600dpi, which gives insanely realistic detail that is virtually indiscernible from the original artwork (compared with the more commonly used 300dpi).

Do the prints have a margin/border?

Yes, the margin will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork, but there is usually at least a 1/4" margin on the left and right sides, and at least a 1/2" margin on the top and bottom edges.

What is the return/refund policy?

If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at happydartist@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation. Thank you. :)
